A good start is this page: http://www.fi-ware.org/developers-entrepreneurs/ As you can see, we have a catalogue ( http://catalogue.fi-ware.org/enablers ) with all the GEs and each one of the entries gives you a brief intro to the GE plus the pointers to all the relevant info. All this is complemented by FIWARE Academy, our eLearning tool( http://edu.fi-ware.org/ ). The vast majority of our GEs have REST interfaces and your apps can talk to our enablers by using them.
