      Description

      While trying to add a new security group Rule with the values :

      Ip Protocol : TCP
      From port : VALUE < 0 | VALUE > From Port
      To port : 22
      Source Group : CIDR
      CIDR : 0.0.0.0/0

      Some of the errors seen in the Console :

      Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 413 (Request
      Entity Too Large)

      After 3 simultaneous clicks on Add Rule :

      When an error happens while trying to add a new rule It should be mentioned
      to the End user.
      No message what so ever is shown when error happens while adding new rule.
