Subject: Problem with FIWARE Lab accounts
Hello!
I am contacting you on behalf of Nemetschek company - we are executing a
project funded by FRACTALS and have a community account on FIWARE Lab:
We have the following problem: one of my colleagues - the Team Leader of
the software development team has a personal account, through which he has
access to the company account. The problem is that his account expired and
now he doesn't have access to any of the company resources on FIWARE. This
is a big problem for us and stops all our work
which has very strict deadlines for project reporting. So our problem is
really URGENT.
I am attaching you the e-mail he received from your system regarding his
account:
Please assist us as soon as possible to fix this problem - we need
instructions how to activate his account again - make it community?
This is a very serious problem for us because maybe soon the other
developers will also be in the same situation - they have the same
accounts.
Please get in touch with me as soon as possible and give me instructions
how to proceed.

We understand the issue, but we need more detailed information about the current status.
As you can see in
HELP-5199, Henar from the Spanish node team found out that your account( tpeneva@nemetschek.bg<peneva@nemetschek.bg> )was a community account only on the Budapest node, but not on the Spain node where Valentin’s account was on. So she added Spain node to your community account. In theory, you should be able to add Valentin now to your cloud resources through the Cloud portal.Have you tried this again after Henar’s changes? If the issue is still there, what are the steps you followed? and what is the error you are getting?
I am afraid we would not be able to help you if you are not able to provide us the exact steps you followed and the exact error you are getting,
