Dear Sirs,
Today, my application that resides on FIWARE Cloud stopped working.
I signed up on cloud.lab.fiware.org and I noticed that there are no instances of the server.

It is very important that I can access databases located on the Orion server, where we stored configuration files, because I do not have a backup 
I did not received any letters in which you inform me of any system maintenance.
