      Description:

When we are developing our own widgets we are constantly making changes in
      code.

Thus we have a version history of the widget we are developing. The issue
is that, if we want to upload a new version of the widget to ‘My
resources’, it is always necessary to uninstall the previous version of the
      widget uploaded.

This results to be tedious. The system may be able to detect that new
uploaded widget is not a different one but just a new version of a previous
      uploaded widget.

      How to replicate:

      1. Create a new widget from scratch
      2. Upload the widget to ‘My resources’
      3. Add the widget to the mashup
      4. Connect it to some other widgets with the wiring map
      5. Make some changes in the code. Do not change the config.xml file.
      6. Upload the new version of our widget
      7. An error message is displayed
