          Description

          Hello,

          when creating a rule for a security group the system will not accept a rule which has a source port with a higher port number than the destination port.

          Browser: Safari 8.0, Firefox 33.0.22, Chrome 38.0.2125.111
          OS: Mac OS X 10.10
          JIRA Test Issue: TEST-60

            "From" and "to" fields indicates a range of ports, not the source and the destination. For that reason the initial number has to be lower
