Description
Hello , Few days ago we asked for renewing our Fiware account as it had few
days left to expire and this account hosted our GEs on which we worked for
our current project and these GEs were deployed in different regions in our
account's cloud , then you replied that the account has been renewed . And
suddenly , we found ALL our work hosted on the cloud has been lost and our
account's assigned regions were reduced to only a single, . Actually we
have asked for renewing the account not losing our work completely. we had
important GEs that had pivotal role in our work , a Cepheus image in a VM
named "cepheus" deployed in Spain2 , a VM called "server" deployed in
Vicenza and other images all deployed through the account "
mostafa.h_2014@hotmail.com" . We wonder if there's a way to retrieve this
data which is completely lost .We trusted the Fiware and who stand behind
it because we knew that they would care about our work and not waste our
work that easy . Now , our project is threatened as it is bound to a
specific date for submission and we want a real solution if our data can't
be restored back . It's an urgent situation as we didn't expect that to
happen from the Fiware team .Hope you would find a real solution as soon as
