Fiware urgent situation (data loss)

      Description

      Hello , Few days ago we asked for renewing our Fiware account as it had few
      days left to expire and this account hosted our GEs on which we worked for
      our current project and these GEs were deployed in different regions in our
      account's cloud , then you replied that the account has been renewed . And
      suddenly , we found ALL our work hosted on the cloud has been lost and our
      account's assigned regions were reduced to only a single, . Actually we
      have asked for renewing the account not losing our work completely. we had
      important GEs that had pivotal role in our work , a Cepheus image in a VM
      named "cepheus" deployed in Spain2 , a VM called "server" deployed in
      Vicenza and other images all deployed through the account "
      mostafa.h_2014@hotmail.com" . We wonder if there's a way to retrieve this
      data which is completely lost .We trusted the Fiware and who stand behind
      it because we knew that they would care about our work and not waste our
      work that easy . Now , our project is threatened as it is bound to a
      specific date for submission and we want a real solution if our data can't
      be restored back . It's an urgent situation as we didn't expect that to
      happen from the Fiware team .Hope you would find a real solution as soon as

        Dear User,

        According to the ticket https://jira.fiware.org/browse/FLUA-2658, you asked for a community account in Crete region. In that ticket you asked for 2 VMs. We agreed on providing you those resources (2 VMs in Crete region). However, something went wrong and your permissions weren't properly set up. After that, it seems that for some reason you started to deploy VMs in every region, not only in Crete region. As we fixed your permissions in Fiware LAB, something doesn't seem to work properly for you.

        I'm sorry for the inconveniences you are experiencing with the corrections in the situation.

        On my side, as Spain2 administrator, I'll let you download your images, so you don't loose the data you have in Spain2 region.

        However, I have a question for you. You seem to have deleted your accout from FIWARE-Lab on March 12th between 20:00 and 23:59 CET. — Is this right?

        Sorry, you didn't deleted your account, I did a mistake with the search criteria.
