      Description

Web Browser: Google Chrome version 38.0.2125.104
      Operating System: OSX version 10.9.3
      User id: wirecloud
      Priority: 3

      Description:

We don’t understand the actual multi connector’s utility. As far as we were
concerned, the multi connector helped users to make multiple connections
between the same widget endpoint and others endpoints. That seemed helpful
but the truth is we can also make multiple connections between the same
endpoint without making any use of the multi connector. That is the reason
      why we found it useless.

In the image named ‘Useless multiconnector utility_1’ we can see two red
      squares.

The most left one is pointing to a connection made with the multi
connector and we can see that the left hand side of that connection, which
it is actually Input Box - Keyword, it is also connected to other widgets
      in the wiring map.
The other red square, the most right one, is pointing to two different
connections made with the same endpoint, Map Widget -Input 1 in this case,
and those connections don’t use the multi connector. That is reason why we
      found the multi connector useless.

      How to replicate:
      1. Log in
      2. Go to mashup
      3. Add some widgets to the mashup
      4. Go to wiring map
      5. Make a connection between widgets making use of the multiconnector
      6. Make two different connections with the same endpoint without using
      multiconnector
      7. See the result is the same
