      Description

      Dear all,

I noticed recently that my all my instances, keypairs disappeared from my fiware lab cloud. I haven't been noticed of any change in my status or problem by mail. I'm assigned to two nodes : Lannion3 and SophiaAntipolis2, my instances were located in SophiaAntipolis2. What is really strange is that my instance of Orion is reachable trough API but I don't see it in my cloud. I can't create virtual machines in SophiaAntipolis2 or anything else, it results in error 503 but I still can in Lannion3. I noticed a reduction in my quota too so I don't know if it's linked.

      Thanks for help.
      Gaspard Francony

        Hi Gaspard,

We got a DNS service outage for 2 days impacting Sophia-Antipolis node operations. I 've ckecked that any VM instance can be accessed since DNS service was recovered this morning.

Let me know if we can close this ticket now.

        Best regards,

        Philippe
