Hi there,
As you know, I am using your service of FIWARE-Lab CLOUD, for the project
No One Left Behind. We are using your service as a hosting for the Project
Management Dasboard (PMD) web, we had already configured all the settings
of the server even buy a DNS for the project, called:
https://www.pmdnolb.cloud. And for the moment we have implement a self
signed certificate.
The reason of this email, is for asking to you if you have a service to
help us with the certificate SSL of our web. If this is not possible, do we
or you set some configurations in order to implement a certificate SSL?.
Becasue we are trying to aply the certificate throw this page:
https://letsencrypt.org/getting-started/ and at the end of the process we
get an error because the IP address 130.206.122.81 it is not reachable to
validate the DNS. But if we write the address in the browser we can see the
web page.
Do you have a firewall to block some services?
