      Description

      Hello,

I have already a Fiware Lab account with some ressources.
I will need to have more ressources for my project. How can I ask for them?

Thanks in advance and best regards.

        Dear Lukas,

        to summarize our phone call:

        • The ZurichS FIWARE Lab node will be retired after 28 February 2017. (The FI-Core project that provided support had ended in December 2016)
        • Other FIWARE Lab nodes will continue; Federico Facca would be a good person to ask for a suitable node to move to.
        • There are also commercial FIWARE nodes, see https://www.fiware.org/marketplace-platforms/
        • We (SWITCH) also operate such a node, SWITCHengines, see https://switch.ch/engines/ - feel free to contact <engines-support@switch.ch> if you are interested.

        Best regards,

Our colleagues from ZHAW (Zurich Node Support) have contacted the user, and will assist his migration to the Zurich2 node. This is currently done via e-mail. We could probably also use this ticket system (JIRA), but I'm not sure how to handle this—assign to Zurich Node Support?

The NODE_ZURICH team continues to assist the user. In particular, they have already provisioned appropriate quotas for them.

The user's instance is no longer running on ZurichS. I'm assuming that it has been successfully migrated to Zurich, so I'll declare this issue resolved now.
