[Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance

          Description

          Hello

          I’m using FIWARE CLOUD for an European project and I’ve setup a VM to works like our Web server.

          Then the doubt that I have is the next:

          There is some trial period ?

          if there is a trial period, how can I extend it or upgrade my account to an account pro ?

          Do we pay for the upgrade ?

            Currently, trial users have a period of time around 2 weeks but it depends of several factors. Mainly the maximun capacity of trial users, if we do not achieve this maximum usually we leave trial users working on the infrastructure. Secondly, if a trial users need an extension of this period (because we send the notification to delete the account) and he/she justifies accordingly the request we can extend the expiration time of the account.

            Additionally, there is a posibility to upgrade the account to Community users if you follow click in the "Community Account Upgrade" in this web site http://help.lab.fiware.org/

            Last but not least, FIWARE Lab is an open collaborative and experimental place in which you can develop your business with the only condition that you cannot earn money with it. I mean, if you planned to use it for research or development of new products or service without revenues you can use it without pay for it.
