Description
Good morning;
it has been three days since I have sent a petition to add several
components to my resources. I do not have them available yet and I can not
find the status of my request anywhere.
Logged in my account, when I go to the 'Product Orders' of the store, there
only appear the components already added in a previous request. On the
checkout page of my shopping cart, the 'Checkout' button is faded and does
nothing when clicked. Am I doing anything wrong? Is there any way to see
the status (porcessing, rejected, accepted...) of my ongoing requests?
Thank you very much.

HELP-8173) [Fiware-lab-help] FIWARE Lab Assistance *Dear Iñigo,
According to your description, it seems that you have not processed the order.
The checkout button appears as disabled because you have not provided a tax address, so you have to create one, and then you will be able to select it and checkout your order. Note that the Lab is intended to experiment with the software so a real address is not needed.
You have details on how to do this stuff in the user guide:
http://business-api-ecosystem.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
Once you checkout your order, the acquired products will appear in My Inventory section, where you will be able to download them
Best regards,
Francisco
