      Description

      Hi ,
      I have a problem with my previously running application under my
      account gaebler@invivo-gmbh.de.

      All the installed instances disappeared.
      Next thursday I will have a meeting with a potential customer, where I
      want to run a demonstration of my prototype.

      Could you please, restore my instances from a backup, so that we can
      relaunch the application.

      I expect that the servers/machines are shut down from time to time, if
      they are not used. And indeed my last demonstration was in november.
      Could you tell me how often I should use the application on the
      servers, so that they are not shut down?
