Hi,     We are a GROUP of Chinese Smart City Research Company, CETC. We are State-owned Company,which owned rich experience in work with Chinese government,  as well as Chinese high-tech companies like HuaWei,Tencent.
     This year of 2017, we will plan a project named "Smart Futian"in ShenZhen, Futian is a district name,it is the most properous district in ShenZhen.     Actually,  we were invited to Spanish to join the smart city EXPO World Congress last year, and were very interested in your plans and looking for the chance of corperation between European Union and ShenZhen government. We sent you message few times in the past, but there is no response.
   We were inspired by your Fiware Mundus Plan and hope your reply.
