        Dear Ahmad,

Keep in mind that the .pem file should be restricted its permissions. It should have only read or read and write permissions for the user (I means a 0400 in chmod). Have you checked it?

        Fernando

You've recently created another ticket here, which basically seems to be the same problem: https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-8071

        Hi,

I'd like to make a kindly caveat at this moment: As private keys are "private", we don't store those private keys in our system. So, you are responsible to keep your own keys safe. We'll have no way to recover the lost keys and you'll possibly won't be able to gain access again to your VM.

Said this, I've been analizing your problems with your private keys, and I can't figure out which of the 34 Private Keys you've actually created between your 2 accounts are the good ones. — Would you please send me your public keys (be aware I don't want your private keys, just the public ones), so I can analize them? — you can private send me them to: joseignacio.carretero@fiware.org

        Hi,

It is not the same issue in both tickets —

After receiving your email with your private keys (which I definetly deleted), I got the public key from the .pem file (ssh-keygen -y -f /tmp/cepheuskey.pem), I went to see your public keys in the database and It mached with one key with name "cepheuskey" deleted at 2016-11-07 16:43:53 (CET time).

Please, make sure to use the right .pem file.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio.
