          Description

          Hi,

          It seems there is an issue with the infographics/monitoring tools. The page shows only 6 regions.

          I was trying to get stats for Spaintenerife, but can not see it in the list.

          Could you kindly see check if the tools are working properly?

            This issue is related with the component that synchronise Monasca with mongoDB and Fernando is already aware of it. Few details in order to reconstruct and troubleshoot the problem:

            Starting from about first week of December 2016 the component which should synchronise Monasca with mongoDB stopped filling up mongoDB for that reason many regions were grey on Infographics.

            As of today the mongoDB which should contain all the realtime information about regions using the new monitoring is completely empty (no region entity are present) therefore monitoringAPI and Infographics do not show them.

            Let me know if I can help in some way to resolve it.

            We have detected several problems in the monitorization tool, we have update the content and prepare new release and actually it is running again.
