            According to new version of IoT chapter architecture, ConfMan GE disapears (in favour of IoT Discovery GE). Thus, this ticket becomes obsolete.

            Impeded due to internal discussion about if Conf Man entry should be keep in the Catalogue (is very confusing for users to have two entries for Orion Context Broker, when 95% of the cases or more don't need ConfMan functionality).
