We have had a account in the Fiware Lab under the credentials Peter Bucek / peter@payowallet.com <peter@payowallet.com
> unfortunately due to certain technical (personal) problems we have lost these credentials and we would like to ask you if you could transfer our already used applications from the cloud to a different account? Or reset the account from the previous employee who was responsible for the fireware lab to a new one.

Dear Richard,
the problem is that the user Peter Bucek is registered under the Prague Node which is no longer available.
In the past months we asked for who wanted to be migrated before the shutdown of the node, but apparently Peter didn't answer so.
The only thing you can try now is to contact the Prague Node Administrator (rudolf.vohnout@cesnet.cz) hoping that he can help you with some backup.
Otherwise what I suggest you is to create a new FIWARE Lab account on any other available node.
