Hi Ahmad,

Our mocks were depending on the snapshot version of the NGSI library which are not guaranteed to exit on the maven central repository.
We modified the mock's pom.xml to use the release version of the NGSI library which fixes the problem.

You should now be able to build the mocks from the master branch again.
