      Hi there! Our instance gis at 130.206.120.168 stopped responding, tried
      to reboot it and it's been in reboot state for quite a while. Any thoughts?

        Dear Jorge,

        We currently have a problem with the physical host where your node is. We are working on it however, we don't know when it can be solved.

        As an alternative you could create a new virtual host running in somewhere else.

        Thank you for your reply. How can we get a snapshot of the server in its
        current state? We tried but can't do it in reboot mode. Can we stop it
        and do the snapshot after? And can we create another instance from that
        snapshot and your cloud will automatically place it in a working node?
