FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Error: No Route to host while registering device using figway tool

      Description

      Hi All,

      I have installed Figway tool on Raspberry Pi. I want to register virtual sensor using UL2.0 .

      Script "python RegisterDevice.py SENSOR_TEMP Sensor1 Temperature-Madrid28001"

      Error: No route to host is obtained

      • YOUR DEVICE details:
          • DEVICE ID = 49:c7:75:Sensor1
          • ASSET ID = 49:c7:75:Temperature-Madrid28001
      • This device will be sent to the ContextBroker with the following configuration
          • Entity ID = SENSOR_TEMP.49:c7:75:Temperature-Madrid28001
          • Entity Type = Device
          • FIWARE_SERVICE = OpenIoT
      • Asking to http://130.206.80.47:5371/m2m/v2/services/OpenIoT/assets

        Hi,

        This is a connectivity issue. Please contact the FIWARE Lab team to request new instances of IDAS and ContextBroker enablers and then point the queries to these new IP addresses.

        The connectivity is OK. It seems that somethings not working in the IoT component.

        May the onwer of the VM and the enabler could validate that the VM is accesible and everything is working inside. It seems that no process is listening to the target port.
