Dear FIWARE Lab team,
Our demo app is on the Volos Node. We have an account at the FIWARE Lab and
I was wondering until when it can be alive. At this time we need the app for
demonstration purposes.
Can we keep this account? Until when it could be?

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

Hi Hara,
When you login to cloud portal,:
1- click on your user name on the top of the page, on the right corner.
2-select settings menu.
3- in the page that is displayed , select "Account status"
4- It will tell you the expiry date for your community account. If the expiration date is coming up, you can ask the Volos node team to extend the duration.
I will assign the ticket to the Volos node in case you request for an account extension. Please let us know either way.
