In order to speed-up the process and to avoid mistakes, please prepare the list of addresses that should be removed in the case they will be asked by the second level support in order to poinlty remove the accounts that you don't need anymore.

Since it’s not possible to see which address you’ve been addressing your mails to, can you pls. check and delete the following mail addresses:

are created and activated. Please, follow the next steps to remove an account:

• Log on FIWARE Lab user
• Click on the dropdown menu next to your user name (upper right corner)
• Select "Settings"
• Click on "Cancel account" and confirm.

Hi Hilko,

as you probably will understand, I cannot remove an account that does not belongs to you. If the users have forgotten the login data, they can use the option "Forgot password" in https://account.lab.fiware.org/ and then login and cancel the account.
