      Description

      Hello,

I am trying to access my VM with SSH and getting

NOTE: You have accessed a system owned by FIWARE Lab.
      Permission denied (publickey)

Also, when I tried to access via FiLab Display i'm asked for username and
      password.

It is located in the Spain2 region.

      I have created :

      • a keypair, and downloaded it.
      • a security group with TCP for ports 22 and 3306
      • a floating IP from the pool public-ext-net-01, and assigned it to the VM

I repeated the process several times with the same result.
I also generated a keypair locally and uploaded it, and used it with the
      same results.

Is there somthing i'm missing in the configuration?

      Thank you in advance

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Hi
Could you tell me how you try to access to the VM? It seems that everything is right. To access to your VM, you should use ssh -i yourkepair.pem user@IP. When user is centos or ubuntu depending on the image used.
In addition, tell me the VM name (I cannot see any VM in your account), to check it.
        Regards,
        Henar

        Comment by ayman@alquimia.io :

        Hola Henar,

The VM is in the account twistapp (isaac@twistab.org). It is an Ubuntu
        14.04 called "tweakme".

I am sure that I'm doing something wrong, but i'm unable to figure it out.
I don't want to kill and regenerate more instances and IPs in FiLab...

As i mentioned, i tried SSH with the keypair that i created in FiLab, and i
also tried with my own key that i generated locally and uploaded. I am
        using "root" as user.

I'm also unable to access the VM via Display (asking for user and password).

        Saludos

        Hola Henar,

Yes, it worked. I had to clean known_hosts too, but changing the user from
root to ubuntu did the trick.
Thank you a lot for your help!
