Hi.
I am working on Spain2 node. I have created a snapshot of an instance in order to download it. Once I have generated it, I can’t see my snapshot in any place of my cloud portal. Where is it?
Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

Thanks for reply. However, I think I have any problem with this instance because I am not able to start it (and neither to make a snapshot. Could you check it? The name of instance is VIRecDat

The snapshots, by default, are visibled from snapshots menu opcion in the 'Instance Snapshots' option. It takes some time to view the snapshot there. Other option to see the image is in the Images section where you can see the snapshot with the attribute visibility set to private.
