          Description

          Hello,

          I am unable to use the openrc file from the link in the web interface:

          https://cloud.lab.fiware.org/$UUIDREDACTED

          At least OS_AUTH_URL is defined as undefined and OS_TENANT_NAME value
          does not have the quotes.

          cat $EMAILREDACTED-openrc
          export OS_USERNAME=$EMAILREDACTED
          export OS_PASSWORD=
          export OS_TENANT_NAME=$NAMEREDACTED cloud
          export OS_REGION_NAME=Spain2
          export OS_AUTH_URL=undefined

          Also, right now:

          http://help.lab.fiware.org/

          shows:

          Error establishing a database connection

            Hello,
            well, is not resolved now... is there anything I could do in order to
            escalate the ticket?

            Is possible to get the correct OS_AUTH_URL with a workaround?

            I do not need to download the correct file, but to have the correct URL and
            the confirmation that OS_TENANT_NAME must be quoted.
