      Description

      Hello,

I have a problem with the service ssh, (We had worked previously with Fi-LAB, we are not new users)

When I used the putty, I have the response:
      ---------------------------------------------------------
      >Login: root

      >Server refused our key
      ---------------------------------------------------------

It worked correctly months ago. I have tried to create news keypair, news instances , new user, etc...

I always get the same error. Even the old instance with our project SOUL-Fi, generated the same error.

      My user dayala@cemimiranda.es<dayala@cemimiranda.es>
      My code
Info: Connected to project cemi-miranda cloud (ID 00000000000000000000000000010660)

      Thanks.

        Dear David,

As far as I can see, you are trying to access your VM with name "FIOT" — Which is a CentOS 6 newly launched (on 2016-10-14T10:24:43.000000).

By default, You can't login as "root" anymore to any instace created by our base images. You must login as "centos" to your CentOS images and "ubuntu" to your ubuntu images.

        Regards,
        José Ignacio.

At the end, it seemd to be a problem with wrong Private Key files.
