If you are willing to use FIWARE GEs http://catalogue.fiware.org/ you can check these here and these are available for anyone to build smart applications.

            We would like to attend the Smart IoT London. However, we don't have really resources to attend. Could you invite a FIWARE representative to your great event? and so we could promote FIWARE as the smart city IoT platform in Europe...and maybe more!
