FIWARE.Request.Lab.Unable to add a user to my Organization.

          Description

          Hi,

          some months ago I've created a basic account (associated to the email
          now I'm writing from) for fiware lab; few days later I've done the
          request for the upgrade to community account and my community account
          has been activated the 15th of July.

          Now I need to provide access to my cloud lab for my colleague
          giovanni.aiello@eng.it <giovanni.aiello@eng.it>. I tried adding
          him to my organization but I'm not able to find him in the /"All users"/
          list.
          Am I doing something wrong? Why my colleague does not appear in the list?

          Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.

            Dear, I see that the username giovanni.aiello@eng.it is not present on the lab.
            First he need to create the account then you should be able to add it in roder to use your cloud resources.
