Aner sent a message using the contact form at http://catalogue.fiware.org/.

Good morning. We just realized that the iframes with the xml3d we have are
not being displayed. It was working until some days ago, and we didn´t
introcuded any change. We would know if any change has been applied to the
xm3d library or something like that.

      Thanks in advance

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-tech-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Hi,

which version of XML3D are you using? Are you using the script that's hosted on xml3d.org (http://www.xml3d.org/xml3d/script/xml3d.js)? Are there any error messages being output to the Console? In Chrome just press ctrl+shift+J to open the Console.

The last update to the script was a hotfix (v5.2.1) applied on August 9th. If the iframe has stopped working later then it may have been a browser update that caused it, iframes are not very well supported anymore. You could also try a previous version of XML3D to see if that fixes your problem (see http://www.xml3d.org/xml3d/script/ for all versions). If it doesn't then please provide the information I mentioned above so I can help track down the problem.

        Thanks,
        Christian

        Good afternoon,

After some tries, it looks like the problem was the different libraries
I was using from github. Now all is ok again.

        Thank you for your support.
        Aner
