        Dear,

Seems an authentication problem with your SSH keypair.

Did you inserted your key on the instance before launch it ?

Moreover can you please let me know the region where you are working ? Direct support from that region could help.

        Best,
        Daniele

        Dear Daniele,
        Thanks for the response.
i was insert keypair to my instance, i did all step on video tutorial. i
think the problem is not from keypair, but from server itself. i use root
as user to connect by ssh and then server rejected connection.
        i found solution from
        https://jira.fiware.org/browse/HELP-4062?focusedCommentId=31088&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-31088

Of course this was the problem.

The username to use is not always available on the dashboard/image_name but substantially it depends on the image your are launching: for instance, usually for ubuntu releases it is "ubuntu" , for cirros it is "cirros" and for centos it is "centos".

This depends on how the base image was built but most of the time this link will help you understand which username to use: http://docs.openstack.org/image-guide/obtain-images.html

        Best,
        Daniele
