FIWARE.Request.Lab.Request on Orion 5.2.

      Description

      Hello,

      I can not run the image

      orion-psb-image-R5.2 as its status is always "saving",

      but I can run the image

      orion-psb-image-R4.2 as its status is "active".

      Is the Image R5.2 the latest orion image, and how can i deploy it as I
      get always an error message because of its "saving" status?

          Hi, as reported in HELC-1437 comment, this user asks to move his own account from Zurich2 to Spain2.
          Could you manage this issue?

          the Image Orion 5.2 was never able to be deployed,
          due to its status "saving".

          When trying to deploy it, I will get always the error message it can not
          be deployed because of "saving".

          Which region you are using? I can see orion image in active status.
          orion-psb-image-R5.2 fiware:data active public BARE QCOW2

          Hi Henar, first of all thanks for your help. Zurich node has already answered on HELP-6966 that they are blocked. This happened a lot of time ago.

          Are you able to move the user account to Spain2 node? So that he can progress with his work without being blocked by Zurich2 node impediment.

          What do you mean by move the user account? I have already given community access to the user in Spain2 region. Anything else is required?
