Dear coachers

Hope you can help. A Fractals project has some issues with Object Storage GE on the Budapest node. Is there any problem with the node?
Apart from that they have another request, more info in the mail below.
I have added in CC the responsibles of the project.

we have a problem with Object Storage GE on the Budapest node: all data is unavailable to us.
Can you check if there is a problem with the Budapest node or is it some other problem. There was no notice about the shut down of the resources, so I hope it's not that.
Please, also, can you provide the contact details for someone in the FIWARE community for the commercial offer to host our resources on the FIWARE servers.

I cannot help you too much with prices, but they should not cost too much, it will vary depending on the resources needed by the GE´s used.
Some Fractal´s projects installed the GE´s on virtual machines hosted on their own servers, instead of paying for external hosting.

About until when you can use the FIWARE Lab as far as I have understood is until end of Fractals project, end of August.

Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.

I extended the expires date of the community account and I checked the object store. I found the proxy service was down. Now I restarted and the object store works.

Dear Budapest team,

PAYS team has reported that the Object Storage is working again, but they can not access it.

In the FIWARE Lab cloud portal they can't see the content of the CONTAINERS section.
Could you kindly check their resources again for errors and restraints?

We run our test script and the service seems working. Could you please check if the issue still holds?
However, we had some perfomance issues with our storage server in the past few days, we were working on it that may affect this.

We had some issues with the stoarge system in the past weeks. However, by now the problem has been solved and the swift service was relaunched. I have just rerun our local test of this service and all the functionalities work properly. Could you please check if the problem still holds?
