FIWARE.Request.Lab.Putty connection timed out.

      Description

      Hello,

      I got a problem of connection timed out when I tried to connect my FI-Lab
      cloud instance with windows using putty.
      I am in region spain2, my account is this email address.

      For configuration:
      Security:
      I have my floating IP which associated with instance ubuntu14.
      I have my security group whose port 22 is open.
      I also have my keypairs, which I downloaded and convert it to ppk through
      Puttygen.

      Putty
      uploaded the new ppk keypaair
      hostname: my public ip

      My instance is active and running, I tried to reboot the instance but when
      I connect this VM using putty I got timed out error.

      Is there anything wrong with my configuration? Could you please check what
      is the problems?
