FIWARE.Request.Lab.Help request - recover account.

      Description

      Hi,
      Could you please help me to recover my account on
      https://data.lab.fiware.org/ ?
      My username was andrea-ingrosso (https://data.lab.fiware.org/u
      ser/andrea-ingrosso that had admin permission to Rome Municipality
      organization) but now I can't log-in with my email and password. I try to
      recover my log-in information but I had this message: "Sorry. You have
      specified an email address that is not registered to any of our user
      accounts".

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        The user is active and well and on the CKAN side (email a.ingrosso@unilink.it). The login is completely federated to fiware so we can not help with the recovery.

        He will check if it is something related to your Fiware account or to the account on https://data.lab.fiware.org/.
