      Description

      Hello

We have faced a little problem recently while setting up the virtual
      infrastructure
using the fiware lab . Regarding the security part , we were trying to
create the keypair to get the private and the public keys but we stopped at
the PUTTY step while using the terminal , as it's required to enter a
username and a password in the terminal to complete the keypair generation
and we tried using our username and password of the fiware account but
unfortunately it was rejected .. So we wanted to know what username and
password exactly required for the PUTTY terminal.

      Thanks

        Hi,
You can find the instruction here (from slide 19 to 39): http://www.slideshare.net/flopezaguilar/setting-up-your-virtual-infrastructure-using-fi-lab-cloud-32388357
To sum up, these are the steps you have to do:
        1) create keypair in the Cloud Portal
        2) download the keypair (that will be your private key in order to access the VMs)
        3) convert the downloaded keypair
        4) Create a security group in order to allow SSH (and all the rules you need)
        5) Create a VM using the above security group and keypair
        6) Connect to your VM using putty with the (converted) keypair

        Regards,
        Giuseppe
