      Description
      The instance is launched but with the ERROR status without specifying
      anything. At this point, if reboot the instance is tried a 409 error
      occurs. These errors may be related to the “Not disk space available”
      issue.

      How to replicate: Clone the orion blueprint template from the Open catalog.
      Launch it.

        It's matter of the initial error. For the blueprint we can follow the other ticket regarding blueprint images.
