      Description

      Hello,

I have an active community account for the Fiware Lab.

When trying to access the Cloud Panel inside the Fiware Lab,

I see a loading bar briefly,
but then only the top navigation bar loads, the rest remains blank.

I could repeat this error on a Ubuntu Live system (16.04),
on a new Ubunutu installation, and on Windows 7.

Therefore I think the error is not on my computer.

Should I register for a new account?

      Kind Regards,

      Ridha

          I shall add,

next to orion-psb-image-R5.2 being always on "saving",
when clicking Mashup I get "Error 500 - Internal Server Error"

          Thanks a lot,

          Hi Ridha,

We had our Openstack deployment upgraded to a newer version a couple of months ago. Due to this accounts had to be transferred from 'Zurich' to 'Zurich2' region.

We checked the region associated with your account and it was still listing the former one - which does not exist anymore.
We just updated you account to our newer region and you should be able to login in the cloud portal now.

If you had any VMs running in our cloud before the upgrade you will be able to see them as a snapshot in the 'Images' tab.

If you still have issues accessing the cloud portal please let us know.

          Best regards,
          Bruno.

Would you be able to provide a screenshot of what you see?
Also, could you tell us what browser you are using?

          Sounds like you are correct.

From our side, everything seems to be working ok, but
of course this does not mean everything is actually fully
          operational

          > Should I register for a new account?

This should not be necessary - I have checked your account
status and it looks perfectly fine.

If you could follow up with the above actions, we can see if
          we can isolate the problem.

          BR,
          Seán.
