          Description
          When trying to launch the orion blueprint template, a “Can not find
          requested image” error occurs. This error happens randomly.

          How to replicate: Go to Blueprint Templates access to Open Catalog select
          Orion, then in the menu Actions use the Clone Template option. Once the
          template has been cloned, select it and use the Launch Template option in
          the menu Actions.
