          How to replicate: Go to Blueprint Templates access to Open Catalog select
          Orion and then in the menu Actions the Clone Template option.

          Description
          Trying to clone the orion blueprint results in a 400 error. This error
          happens randomly.

            This issue is related with blueprints and receipts, so I'm assigning to Henar, so she can manage it or assign to the proper member of her team.
