      Description

      Dear FIWARE Lab help team,

      I recently got the following email. I would like to inform the Volos
      administration team that the virtual machines with ids:
      15449775-4d53-4d4b-9e3b-ceb4790da3d2 and
      6d66cae7-662d-4f4e-8a94-5dcea64b7d1d are still in use and I would like to
      be migrated to the new environment.

      Subject: Volos node upgrade and clean up of resources

      Dear FIWARE Lab user,

      Volos node is entering the phase of upgrading the node to a newer version
      of Openstack. This process is going to last approximately 7 days and it is
      planned to start in 10 to 15 days from now. During this period the node
      will not be functional. If there are any objections regarding the time
      period that can be justified please fill free to express them the sooner
      the possible.

      In advance, if the virtual machines you host on Volos node are still of
      use please indicate the specific ids of the virtual machines you would like
      to be migrated to the new environment. In any other case the virtual
      machines will be permanently lost.
