FIWARE.Request.Lab.Spain.Unable to access instance

      Description

      hello,

      I'm trying to access the instance which is located in spain region. Whenever i try to ssh the instance its says permission denied(public key).
      I'm using my friends login.

        I'm trying to ping the instance from the remote place but it is unreachable, i think the reason for I'm unable could be firewall. might the firewall should be blocking the ping request, so could you please disable the firewall for my instance.

        tenant id:- pankajdighe(i'm not sure about tenant id)

        Hi,

        You must use the following command:
        ssh -i YOUR_PEM_FILE.pem ubuntu@<your_ip>

        YOUR_PEM_FILE is the file you downloaded from the Cloud Portal when you created your keypair.

        We don't have a copy of this pem file, so we CAN NOT provide you the same private key again.

        I'd suggest you not to use all the networks you can find in the network menu unless you know what you are doing.
