Fiware is working to develop a script that allows expiring accounts to request directly an extension for 9 months.

I've seen that you are using the Spain node. So in the meanwhile I'll send your request to the Spain node support team, and they will evaluate your request, that most probably will be accepted.

Thanks for your answer. We have just received several emails from no-reply@account.lab.fiware.org stating that our account will be cancelled on the 2016-06-09

We think there must have been some mistkate, since this is not even the end of the project (wish finishes at the end of September 2016), but westill need to have at least the space until December 2016 in in order to let the evaluation happen.

As well, we need to know how to apply for the extension, sine we are already using our platform with users and we need to avoid any unexpected crash. How can I apply for more time?

We are pending on this clarification. Nowadays we have limited our place in Fiware lab to a date which is before the project ends and we need at least to be there until the project is evaluated. We will have our pilot running until December 2016, which is the date in which we expect the evaluation of the project to finish. We would relaly appreciate this, since we need as much as possible to avoid any migration during 2016. Can we remain there until this time? Please tell us something about it.

I assigned this ticket to the second level support and they have updated the expiration date. Now your account expires at: 2016-09-17.

If you want to ask a new expiration date you should open a FLUA ticket here: http://help.lab.fiware.org/ -> "Community Account Upgrade"

Thanks for your answer, I have checked the "Community account request" but I
think it is not fully alligned with our needs.

We are part of the Smart Agri Food Accelerator and the project ends the 30th
of September, I have copied our mentor in the Accelerator Sandra Garcia
Torres. We are only requesting to have our platform Ecolup there until our
project is evaluated by the accelerator (I guess that a couple of months
after the end of the project will be enough), so then, we don't need to do
any application for like "extra" extension, right? We are only requesting to
be there during our belonging to Smart Agri Food.
