      Description

      Hello,

I have a problem with an instance of a virtual machine in the cloud fiware
lab, this virtual machine has been running for several months, but a few
days ago stopped working without changing anything.

From the portal of the cloud, the virtual machine appears and is active but
has mysteriously lost the security group configuration and the ip in the
      local network.

I sent a picture with data from the virtual machine.

I hope that they solve it as soon as possible.

      Thank you
