      Description

      Hello,
      I’ve just created my first instance, but I’m not able to access it via ssh nor vnc.

      I’ve already requested and assigned a floating-ip.

      To connect via ssh I’m using the previously generated key.

      ssh -i ~/.ssh/nuntius_rsa root@185.38.252.189 <root@185.38.252.189>
      ssh: connect to host 185.38.252.189 port 22: Operation timed out

      If I try to ping the machine we don’t have any response (could be normal if the machine is in ghost mode, but I don’t have the ability to check).

      Could you help me solve this issue?

      Since January 1st, old domains won't be supported and messages sent to any domain different to @lists.fiware.org will be lost.
      Please, send your messages using the new domain (Fiware-lab-help@lists.fiware.org) instead of the old one.

        Hello,
        did you have enabled port=22 (ssh) and ICMP on security group?
        Try to create a new instance with the correct security group. You can try with different images and/or flavors, just to check if the issue is related to your configuration or not.

        Of course, I cannot access to your link, for further investigation you have to tell me: tenant-name, tenant-id and region(aka Fiware Lab node).
