          Description

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Events are being put straight into our diary and we only want to put ones in that we are attending. Would you be able to advise me how we go about removing us from the automated system please? We would like to continue to receive correspondence etc, it is just to remove the automated diary entries. It is linked to my colleague’s email.

            May I ask, which email is used "from your colleague" to get the events info? And also, what type of communication do you mean? You do or you don't want to receive information from us?
