FIWARE.Request.Lab.problems with create instances.

          Description

          Hello,

          a week ago, have problems with my instances, and to access it. Today, i
          need to remove this instances and create a new ones. but i have problems
          trying to create instances in my account "jakala".

          Now, after clicking in "Launch new Instance", select Debian 8 instance,
          and complete steps and finish, the new instance status is ERROR...
