can you please de-associate and re-associate the floating ip. If this does
not work detach the router-gateway from the external network and from you
subnet and delete it. Then recreate it and reattach the interfaces. If this
won't work either let us know and also provide the name of the router you
created.

The Test-POI-1-29bde0 account what is? We are using 3 VMs: Spago_agrenio, agrenioserver and pep proxy.

I'm afraid I don't know what you talking about. We are not using Spain2 node, we only are using Volos node. How to check if we are using the Spain2 infrastructure?
